Complaints Procedure
At Breakout Performing Arts, we do everything we can to make sure you and your child(ren) receive the best possible service. We aim to provide the highest standards in tuition, promoting your child’s welfare and performance quality. However, should you feel we haven’t, please see below for the right route to follow to make a complaint.
If there is anything we do, or have done, or something that has taken place at Breakout, that you are not satisfied with, please raise your concerns directly with us in the following way:
E-mail us (info@breakoutschool.co.uk) with your complaint giving as much detail as you can. The more information you provide the quicker we will be able to respond and attempt to rectify the situation. We will do our best to piece together any missing information.
You will receive a response by e-mail within 4 working days.
Once a complaint has been dealt with by Breakout Performing Arts, the complaint, together with the response will be filed for future reference.
